Google Groups Watchpoints
Additional Information regarding Google Groups:
Google Groups in the @eng.ucsd.edu domain will remain in place for now.
@eng.ucsd.edu Google groups: When your account transitions to the @ucsd.edu domain, OEC will add your @ucsd.edu account to any @eng.ucsd.edu Google groups you are a member/manager of. We will then change the delivery settings of your archive-username@eng account to NoMail (this way your archive account is still part of the group, but you won't be receiving duplicate emails)
@ucsd.edu Google groups: IF OEC Manages the @ucsd.edu Google group, then we will also make this automatic adjustment of your membership explained in the above bullet point
OEC Standard Email Groups will update the day after your account cutover, and automatically remove your archive-username@eng account
IMPORTANT: There are some things that do not work well with Google sharing permissions across domains.Â
For instance, in a Chat Space, I cannot add a group from another domain to that space.
